Hours: 35 hours/week

Status: Permanent / Full-time

The Ontario Institute for Cancer Research (OICR) is seeking a full-time Executive Director (ED) to lead the operations of its Ontario Cancer Research Ethics Board (OCREB). Reporting to the Deputy Director of OICR with a dotted line to the OCREB Advisory Committee, the OCREB Executive Director is responsible for the successful leadership, administration and management of OCREB operations. The Executive Director works with the OCREB Chair, the OCREB Advisory Committee and the Senior OICR Executive to establish the strategic direction and the annual goals of the program. In collaboration with the OCREB Chair, the Executive Director also is responsible for communications, stakeholder relations and quality management activities to ensure conformity with the applicable standards, policies and regulations associated with human research participant protections.
