  • I allow CAREB-ACCER to create information packages for conference attendees that include my name, picture, biography, abstract, keywords on the CAREB-ACCER conference website and in the CAREB-ACCER conference promotional materials.
  • The 2025 CAREB-ACCER Conference will be recorded to permit asynchronous access to conference session content. If you cannot accept this condition, please indicate below.   On behalf of all named presenters, we allow CAREB-ACCER to use presenter information for conference promotional material, agendas and websites; this includes name, picture, biography, abstract, etc. Without permission this information will not be included in conference promotional materials, agendas and websites.
