ACT FAST – Registration for the CAREB-ACCER 2015 National Conference and AGM closes on April 10th, 2015 at 4:00pm PST

This year, our theme is Big Data, Small World and we are pleased to be able to offer four days of engaging speakers, and professional development and networking opportunities in beautiful Vancouver, at the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel.

  • Starting on Wednesday, April 29th , CAREB will host a one-day Canadian Animal Ethics Coordinators (CAEC) Workshop.  Click here for the workshop agenda!
     
  • On Thursday, April 30th we have a day of Pre-Conference Professional Workshops including two streams of advanced REB sessions and of course, the ever popular REB Administrator Basics. Check out the pre-conference agenda as well as session descriptions!
     
  • All of this leads up to the big event on Friday May 1st and Saturday May 2nd where we have an exciting line up of Keynote, Plenary and Breakout sessions planned. The AGM will be held over lunch on the Saturday and we encourage all CAREB members to attend.  Check out the full conference agenda!
     

​Speaking of memberships – be sure to remember to renew yours if it has lapsed as CAREB members get discounted registration prices. This year, we are pleased to be able to extend member discounts to PRIM&R members too!

Please note The Fairmont Waterfront is fully booked. For those still looking for accommodation, the Waterfront’s sister hotel – the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver – will honour the CAREB rate of $199 plus tax per night and is about a 5-10 min walk from the Fairmont Waterfront. Reservations can be made via email at  hvc.groupreservations@fairmont.com. Mention that you are with the “CAREB conference group” to be sure that you get the preferred rate.

*PLEASE NOTE: You must complete the conference registration form in one session.  If you do not complete the registration form all at once, you will not be able to re-access your incomplete registration form, and will be required to fill in a new form.  

If you are registering on behalf of another participant, please enter the participant’s email when you are filling in information about the participant (name, affiliation, etc).  Both the registrant and the participant will receive confirmation emails. 

Please also note if you need to pay by credit card, you can select “PayPal” and pay as a guest (you do not require a PayPal account to use this option).
