The Canadian Association of Research Ethics Boards (CAREB-ACCER) is seeking professional services to redesign and modernize its website and refresh its visual brand identity. The goal is to create a professional, accessible, and user-friendly online platform that reflects CAREB-ACCER’s mission and supports its growing membership.

The selected proponent will design and develop a new bilingual website, enhance usability and accessibility, integrate membership and event functionality, and deliver a cohesive brand identity—including a new logo and style guide. The organization has allocated a modest budget for this project and seeks cost-effective proposals that maximize impact.
