Upcoming Event: Research Ethics Considerations for the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) in Health Research

This virtual event takes place on April 6h, 2021 from 1:00 – 2:30 PM EST and will be co-hosted by CAREB-ACCER and the Vector Institute.

Join us in exploring how algorithmic tools are designed and used in health research. We will address many of the crucial ethical issues surrounding AI applications such as privacy, bias, accountability, and autonomy in an accessible way so as to inform ongoing discussions related to developing standards, cases, precedence, and resources used in REB decision-making processes.
